Shrink sleeve labels are supplied from a roll in the form of a continuous web, unlabeled bottles are transported via an in-feed slat conveyor and then metered via a rotating feed worm screw. While the bottles enter the sleeve cutter parts and insert sleeve label / labeler moving past a trigger cell, the labels in web form are opened and formed into a tube by a mandrel, roller fed and cut in precise with a printed sleeve and applied to a bottle which is then conveyed up to a steam tunnel or electrical tunnel for filled bottle , if customer buy empty bottle shrink sleeve applicator then use Puck with rotating systems , pick is fixed with slat chain with gear , operator place bottle in puck then bottle going sleeve labels in web form are opened and formed into a tube by a mandrel, roller fed and cut in precise with a printed sleeve and applied to a bottle then after rotating bottle start 360 degree and going to hot air electrical tunnel to sleeving bottle and manually take up from conveyor for offline operation.

The high-speed label inserter controls intermittently the film advance in precise registration with a printed graphic between two consecutive cutting operations.
The steam tunnel develops the heat required to shrink the sleeves and guarantee a perfect adhesion on the filled bottle.

Shrink-Sleeve Label Applicator high speed uses newest shrink technology with MMI and PLC base control panel. The bary centre and base have been accurately design, even use this machine with high speed for long time machine running still very stable and smoothly.
- Bottles are Automatically fed (or inline with other units) on the running conveyor of the applicator.
- Roll type sleeve should be loaded on the unwind station.
- Web is unwound from the unwind unit through a unwind nip arrangement.
- Unwind nip pulls film & get collected in the box from where it is pulled by main feeding roller on mandrel.
- Film is then cut by rotary cutter & remains on mandrel till bottle comes below it & dropped on it.
- Bottles are fed to the machine taking care for proper pitching.
- Bottles with the sleeve applied over the neck come out from the other side.
There can be some minor changes & modification in the Technical Specification for the best improvement of the machine, while designing as per your requirement.
